  • Ability to understand financial data, such as accounts receivable/payable and purchase orders
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgement
  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients by answering phone calls and facilitating solutions to their service needs
  • Perform miscellaneous filing and typing/secretarial project, as needed
  • Track all service calls from creation to completion to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Work in tandem with Service Coordinator to prioritize and schedule service calls
  • Perform customer surveys and report details to Service Manager
  • Assist Service Coordinator with equipment ordering and tracking
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Complete closeout documents for all service projects
  • Assist Service Coordinator with invoicing of service calls and service projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for technical staff

  • Pay: Based on Experience
