Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • Excellent communication skills via telephone and email
  • Communication by phone and in person is amiable and respectful
  • Communication style with others is matter-of-fact, direct and factual
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow up skills are a MUST
  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgement
  • Ability to work with routine and/or repetitive activities but also be responsive to disruption and change
  • Prefers to approach and complete tasks in a very linear and concrete fashion
  • Work ethic centers around a “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and keep organized
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment and easily acclimates to changes in process/systems for overall improvement of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Maintaining all office items, areas and equipment
  • Order, distribute and manage all office needs
  • Order, maintain and manage technician uniforms
  • Manage security licenses
  • Manage vehicle registration renewals
  • Answer company phones, receive and distribute mail, Fed Ex and UPS
  • Greet, assist and support all visitors
  • Assist with company recruiting
  • Onboarding New Team Members
  • Manage recurring office celebrations
  • Copy data and compiles records and reports
  • Travel coordination
  • Company meeting coordination
  • Assist with marketing duties
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports

Pay

  • Pay: $14-16/hour
